Good bream and tench fishing in Leitrim
August 16th, 2012 | by Myles Kelly
Brian Bohan in Leitrim reports:
Terry, Downey and John from Dublin had a great week here catching bream and tench. The trio mostly used feeder tactics – a cage feeder with a mix of caster maggots and corn gave best results. The weather was mixed but the lads stuck at it to record good nets of fish.

John with a nice catch of tench

John with a good haul of bream

Downey with some tench

Terry with his bream
Terry wanted to try out pole fishing and I set him up beside myself very early one morning and we had one of those magical days which I’ll which I’ll report separately on next week
