Big bags of roach at Ballinasloe for Sensas Connacht
December 21st, 2016 | by Myles Kelly
Bill Cassidy reports on another great match from Ballyhaunis Angling Club on the River Suck…
This river just keeps on improving with big weights being returned in recent matches.
Due to flooding at the Emlagh stretch of Donamon, Sensas Connacht had to find a different venue for their match last Sunday.
With the slight rise in river levels Ballinasloe seemed a good bet and sure enough the fishing was second to none with big bags of roach for all anglers.
Winners on the day were the usual suspects .
- Rory Dunne 13.kg
- Mark Leonard. 11 kg
- Shane Dunne. 9.460kg
Great weights for this time of the year.
