Fishing fever hits Lough Rowan, Leitrim Observer

As the trout season edges closer to closure, the avid fly fisher is now looking at all options in order to continue his chances to cast a line out over the coming winter months. Fly-fishing for pike suitably fits the bill and offers the angler some serious sport with Leitrim holding a huge choice of venues in its many untouched wild waterways. Lough Rowan is the place to be this Saturday, September 21, as it hosts the inaugural www.fishingfever.ie Pike fly fishing competition.
