Nice pike of 24 lb. for a french visitor to the Castleblayney area in Co. Monaghan

In an Email, French Tour Operator Claude Gatti sent me in a picture of a big Pike one of his clients caught in a small lough near Castleblayney.
I sent you a picture of a pike caught last week -30th of September 6 by Sylvain Labbé French angler(one of clients of mine).

The Pike was estimated to weigh 24lb which was quickly returned after a quick photo. Sylvain was fishing with angling guide Fearghal Mallon. I don’t know the name of the lake but it was situated near Loughs Ross and Mukno
