Weekly update

Bullhuss, herring, coalies and pollack for Courtmac anglers

February 20th, 2018 | by

Mark Gannon reports from Courtmacsherry…

19 February: We were fishing in the bay yesterday and while the forecast was for slackening winds there was still a good swell, water very murky inshore.

We caught plenty of herring, coalfish, a few pollack and at anchor some fine bullhuss.

The weather is improving this week and the tides are slackening so hopefully we can venture out south for some decent fishing later in the week.
