East coast sea angling updates

Bannow Bay SAC fished a competition on 28 February at Carne in lovey sunshine and good sea conditions.

The club was delighted to welcome two new members, Oisin Stafford and Eamonn Murphy, to their ranks on the day. The company made for a lively day on the beach and some good flounder were landed, the best going 36cm.

Borough Sea Angling Club

The Borough Sea Angling Club, based in Dun Laoghaire, is made up of a group of active anglers hiring 2 or more charter boats for 8 competitions throughout the year. Shore competitions usually take place on the East Coat with one or 2 in the Ardmore/Youghal area. Members also include pike and trout anglers.
