No shortage of wrasse at The Bridges of Ross

Bill Ryan’s regular west Clare shore angling report:
Wrasse fishing has been slow at the Coosheen and Baltard marks so Anthony Page and I tried the deeper water at The Bridges of Ross.

The Wrasse were here! In a four hour session we had a bite every drop. We did not hook them all but lost count of the number landed and returned! I never saw a bucket of crab disappear so fast! We had several wrasse over 4 lbs. Some big wrasse were lost as we could not stop them diving under a ledge. Even the Dolphins came in close to see what was going on!
