Party of Five enjoy an evening on Lagosta II

July 26th, 2018 | by

Paul Kelly was in touch with a nice report from an evening afloat in Cork Harbour with Alan Kennedy on his Lagosta II charter boat.

Please find some photos attached from a great evening fishing with Alan Kennedy on board his boat Lagosta II yesterday evening.

Alan was a fantastic host and ensured we had a fantastic evening. Thankfully the fish played their part too!

Our party of five (Michelle, Paul, Tommy, Gareth and John) left Crosshaven around 18:00 returning to shore shortly before 22:00 as the sun was setting. We caught mackerel, ray and dogfish.

Paul and Michelle were on their honeymoon and Michelle had her first ever fish, a fine mackerel (no photo sadly). Paul landed his first ever thornback ray, as did his his friend Gareth Ryan also.
