River Urrin

CLOSED TO ANGLING FOR ALL SALMON AND FOR SEA TROUT OVER 40CM for 2008.

The River Urrin rises in the Blackstairs Mountains and flows southeast to join the Slaney just south of Enniscorthy town. This is primarily a sea trout fishery and the weight of the trout is 0.75lbs and the fishing can be very good. There is one angling club on the river and day tickets are available.
