On the River Dodder, the river has risen and is clear and conditions are now perfect for wet fly fishing.  Use gold bead pheasant tail nymphs size 12, use up to size 14 in higher water.  Bloody butchers and wet sedge patterns have worked well in the last couple of days.  A few people are fishing the River Tolka and use similar patterns as for the Dodder.
