Hamish Currie, skipper of Predator II, reports:
As I thought after last week I feel that the porbeagle sharks have left the building as we have been across the channel twice with nothing to show for it so I think we will leave it at that for this year so its back to bread and butter money working closer to home, there are still a few rays and turbot to be had with the occasional bull huss making a appearance and still no sign of the herring shoals yet so mackerel are getting harder and harder to find taking up a good bit of our day to collect enough for a days fishing.
