Angling guide Peadar O’Brien reports that Jip and Martin Strik from Holland were pike and coarse fishing with him this week. Peadar says that the pike fishing was slow because of the high temperature of the water but despite this they still managed a 12lb pike and a couple of jacks. Jip enjoyed catching his first Irish bream and bagged up with a lot of roach and hybrids.
