Quiet week at Lough Melvin with few rods out

Lindsey Clarke reports from LOUGH MELVIN – Monday 22^nd to Sunday 28^th April 2013.

Melvin was fairly quiet over the week and few rods ventured out. I have heard of two salmon caught to date however one of which was Noel Johnston’s 6¾lb salmon caught along the Garrison Shore. There is little to report on the trout fishing front I’m afraid.
