Spring tides bring fresh salmon to Drowes but fishing dour

Monday 1^th  to Sunday 7^th September 2014.

The Drowes ran at low levels once again all week. There were few rods fishing but there was a few grilse recorded. There seemed to be a few more salmon about this week, probably due to the big spring tides, but most rods reported that the fish were very dour and hard to tempt by any method.
