A 32lb 4 ounces pike is any fisher man’s dream. Aiden Flaherty went out on Friday morning on the river Suck and wasn’t expecting to catch a fish of a lifetime. She took half a mackerel and it was a slow take but then when he struck all that changed as the fish took of 25 mins to land. By the time she was in the net Aiden was shaking and to this minute he is still in shock after catching her. We took the picture and the fish was safely return to fight another day. Well done Aiden Flaherty a fight you won’t forget!
