Congratulations to 2015 Team Ireland Youth International, Jordan Hall who wins the 41st Classic Fishing Festival.
Jordan’s incredible catch of 28.180kg a 100 perch, hybrids and roach to 2lbs at Boa Island on Friday secured him the title with a total weight of 59.400kg over the three days of the competition. At 21yrs Jordan isn’t quite the youngest to win the Classic, William Wheeler, who like Jordan is also from Lisnaskea holds that record winning at age 20 and on the leaderboard once again this year.
Jordan a member of the Erne Anglers was delighted and stunned with his win, saying:- “I was just so surprised to actually win such a big festival on my first try, especially fishing alongside such big names as Bob Nudd and Lee Kerry”.
