Kevin Lyons of Melview Lodge reports:
Jean-Pierre and friend Serge from Belgium were over for another weeks fishing at Melview Lodge in Longford, the week started slow for them due to changes in the weather which a few come to the boat and bank.
As the week went on the fish started to feed and some cracking fish were caught, using both dead baits, lures and soft baits they were able to finish the week off well. Serge who has been a few times and who is not a regular angler once again managed some lovely fish, J.P is returning in April and hoping to catch a few more big ones. Thanks guys and see you again soon.
All fishing released unharmed.
