Alice Murtagh IFI from the Corlesmore office reports:

There are quite a few pike anglers mainly French and Belgium in the region who report pike to be plentiful but small, no big pike being caught.
Lough Gowna and Upper Erne Angling Association held the Bernard Kiernan Memorial on Lough Gowna on Sunday last. Ten boats took part with Kerrie Lee taking first place and Gabriel Madden coming in second.

There are not too many coarse anglers in the region, water levels are high and temperatures remain cold.
