John Chambers reports on the latest Stewards Qualifier fished near Butlersbridge at the weekend…
11 March: 20 stewards turned up today and half of them caught pike. We fished the Finn and it was hard going.The 5 who qualified to fish in the Final were:
- 1st Paddy Dimbylow 7 pike 19lb 01oz
- 2nd Tucker McCabe 4 pike 15lb 10oz
- 3rd John Boyle 2 pike 13lb 06oz
- Jt 4th Fergal Bell 2 pike 9lb 05oz
- Jt 4th Kevin McParland 4 pike 9lb 05oz

The Irish Federation of Pike Angling Clubs (IFPAC) is a body representing pike anglers in Ireland, North and South.The IFPAC was founded on 17th January 1988 at a meeting held at the Ardboyne Hotel, Navan.
