Mixed Melvin fishing, no salmon, trout sometimes good

Monday 5^th July  to Sunday 11^th August 2019.

Melvin was quiet for the most part once again this week. There was little salmon angling effort and no reported catch to date. The trout fishing was variable with some rods reporting no fish for a day’s fishing once again and others having some good sport with up to 7 Sonaghan caught.
