Mark Gannon in Courtmacsherry tells us it’s always nice to be able to get out in January. The weather has been good enough and there are plenty of Coalfish about. Pollack are there too but the bigger ones have been scarce so far – mostly all 4 to 5 lbs. No skate yet, but they’ve not been targeted to date. Skate charters are available for those interested.
