Mick Flanagan reports from Lough Ennell…

Ennell Anglers ran the Jimmy Nea cup last Friday night, and a few nice trout were caught. Fishing was from 7pm-11pm, and presentation took place in HQ, Whitebridge Bay. Top rod was Mullingar angler Brendan Murray with a fine fish of 3lbs 6oz, 2nd was another Townie, Niall Oakes with 2lbs 11oz. Joint 2nd was Longford angler John Brennan also 2lbs 1oz, (a toss of a coin split the lads) and 4th was local Postman Alan Tyrrell.
