Frank Maunsell from the Owenmore Fishery reports that they are off the mark with Salmon. On Saturday an 8 lb sea liced Salmon was caught and there were others seen moving up the River.
The Seatrout are also starting to arrive in numbers and the forecast rain will hopefully keep the fishing going during the week. There is more rain from Thursday and Friday and with a bit of luck there’ll be fishing all through the week end.
