Angling Report week ending Sunday 9th May
The weather has been very cold up to last Friday with gusty northerly winds. Nevertheless, the lake has been busy on Saturday with a lot of anglers taking to the water and more mayfly hatching. However, strong southerly winds on Sunday prevented more anglers from venturing out.
Colin Harte was one of the lucky ones with 6 fish to the boat on Saturday up to 2lbs. all on mayfly fished wet.
