The changeable weather continues but we are making the best of it. Still a tope or two about in the estuary and in almost calm conditions for a shark drift we had two porbegal to 168 fork length and 3 blues under 30lbs. There seem to be lots of small blue shark about. Maybe to small to take the bigger baits. Still a few fine spurdogs from the bottom. Most of the shark where released at the side.
Earlier in the week as the wind got up, a we stayed on the tope in the estuary, and with plenty fresh mackerel we had a busy day. For a while either side of low water it was nonstop with multiple hook ups and plenty action.
