Hamish Currie reports on a good week’s specimen hunting off the Antrim coast…
Last week was a very big week onboard predator with a good few specimen fish being landed mostly by Dutch clients specimen pollack, herring, bulhuss, spurdogs and another porbeagle shark made it a bit of a hectic week.
One cracking day took us up north hunting the mighty porbeagle shark and 1 was boated and another 1 spat the hook. Things are starting to hot up here so lets hope the weather continues as there a lot of big trips planned in September mostly with Dutch and German clients .
