Paul Harris reports for the Beara Peninsula:
Spent an entertaining few days with Graeme and Mike from the Totally Awesome Fishing Show who were on their first visit to the Beara. During their trip they caught conger over 20 pounds, huss to 10 pounds plus mullet, pollack etc. All their adventures will soon be appearing on their web site and on You Tube. To view simply search for the Totally Awesome Fishing Show and the films, including some amazing underwater stuff, will be found in a couple of weeks.
No sooner had Graeme and Mike left when, with the normal timing of fish and cameras, the ray which had eluded us suddenly came on the feed with reports of thornies from all the favourite marks. All thornies so far to 8 pounds but hopefully the Spotties will appear soon.
