The late good weather this season has brought out a few shy fish from the depths.
Prospector 1 pulled up over 14 species last weekend, among them a rare trigger fish hauled in (on a shamrock tackle bulls eye rig baited with a strip of mackerel) by holiday-maker Damian Orlicki.
Other species caught at the weekend were red gurnard, cod, ling, conger eel, ballan wrasse, cuckoo wrasse, whiting, pollack, coal fish, shad, pouting, dab and dogfish.
