RIVER LEE ESB FISHERY

Kieran Bullman, Cork, had a salmon of 12.25lbs on a fly.

RIVER BANDON

The salmon fishing last week was poor. The flood on the previous weekend ran off very quickly and the run of salmon died with it. A couple of salmon were reported from the tidal area, these were good fish in 12-14 lb class.  Sea trout fishing has improved slightly with a few fish appearing on the lower reaches.
