Kevin Lyons of Melview Lodge reports that French anglers had a great weeks Pike fishing at the Lodge with Pike to 104cm;
Patrick Vaurs, Alain Auzary, Christophe Auzary, Andre Colleoni and Jean-Luc Tartiere from France had a great weeks fishing while staying with Kevin and Jane at Melview Fishing Lodge in Longford. Fishing with both Lures and Dead baits they managed to catch some very nice pike with a lot of Pike averaging 80cm and the largest being 104, Kevin said the guys were a very keen group of anglers and a pleasure to have stay. Hope to see you all again next year.
All fish returned unharmed.
