Brian Reidy PRO Connacht IFSA reports on great competitions at Killala where the young and no-so-young were kept busy with a good variety of species;

brian-reidy-galtrop16The last leg of the Galway TropAquaria / Home Aquariums west coast shore league 2016
took place on the 24th September in Killala. The host club Killala BC had promised many species and sure enough there were, coalies made the main catch along with; flounder, dogfish, weavers, whiting and even a blonde ray turned up.
Timothy O’Sullivan of Galway Bay Sea Angling Club took another leg win with 18 fish. Also local Billy Gilvarry, Killala BC took the juniors having 4 different species himself
