Notes: NWCSA member. Most of the wrecks lay within an easy 30 minutes to one-hour steam. There are no long boring journeys prior to fishing here. You just have time to tackle up and ready yourself and it’s time to fish. There has been minimal commercial fishing here due to the fast tides and deep water. The wrecks are literally packed with fish.

The wrecks are literally packed with fish. Sight-seeing trips also available including trips to Inishtrahull and whale and dolphin watching. Facilities on board are of the highest specifications with all modern electronic and safety equipment. Toilets available on board, and hot tea and coffee are always available.

Notes: Kincasslagh is ideally located for deep sea angling with various types of fishing grounds with many species only a short distance from the harbour.

Caitlin Marie is a fast modern charter boat licensed to carry up to 12 passengers. Facilities include sheltered seating with table for 4 in heated cabin, complimentary tea and coffee, microwave oven, spacious deck with filleting table, rod holders and toilet access.

Notes: Operating from Mevagh, Downings and Portnablagh near Dunfanaghy. We do full day, half day and evening trips. We fish Sheephaven Bay right out to Tory Island. Reefs, sand, steep cliff drop offs and numerous wrecks, Sheephaven Bay has everything you need for a fantastic fishing experience.

Just north of Horn Head large amounts of big game fish can be caught including Tope and Portbeagle shark. The sandy bottom of Skate Bay is prime hunting ground for flatties such as Skate, Flounder, Plaice and rays.

The many reefs in Sheephaven Bay are alive with Wrasse, Pollock, Ling, Gurnard and Cod.
