Never are you more aware of how small a hook you have on until you hook a fish. This sea-liced bar of silver took a size 12 Ally’s Shrimp pattern, and I don’t know how it stayed on with all the acrobatics. Oh, and it was a barbless hook too!
Owenmore is C&R this year and can be very hit and miss with the water levels, but get it right and there’s a good chance of a fish. Cracking fly water too.
