Results of the Inland Fisheries Ireland Junior Final and Junior Inter Club competitions…

76 young people in 19 teams from 8 different Clubs fished the National junior final on Saturday 9th September at Lough Egish. The fishing on the day was very difficult and not many pike were caught.

James Celland, Keady Angling Club caught the heaviest Pike weighing in at 4lb 8ozs, David Sheridan, Bohemians Angling Club came second with a Pike weighing 4lb 6ozs, Jake Fisher, Keady Angling Club 2lb 05ozs, Kyle Molloy, Pheonix Angling Club 1lb 15ozs, Brian Sheenan, Dun a Ri Angling Club 1lb 12ozs and Zack Martin Ardee Angling Club 1lb 6ozs.
