Michael Flanagan reports on his website that last weekend Robert and Philip Smith produced some beautiful pike from Lough Ree. They boated 4 great pike including a 15lbs fish, two 18 lbs fish, and Robert topped the day by rattling the scales with a New Year cracker of 25lbs.
It was a “Reel” Red letter day for the Mullingar anglers and one they wont forget for a long time. All fish went back healthy and in perfect condition, after a quick photograph.
