The first springer for Fort William was landed yesterday by Pat Kiely from Abbeyside. Pat landed his fish of 7lbs off the Castle beat at the Weir pool. Weather conditions are certainly not the best but in sheltered areas it goes to show fish can be caught. Water levels are coming good and with this cold spell set to continue levels should drop even further.
