Michael Flanagan reports on a last week’s piking in the Midlands…
Henk Versetteg of Nahrden in Holland was over visiting his son Matt who works in I.B.M. here in Ireland.We fished a few days on the Midland lakes in shocking weather conditions.
Henk was pelted by rain and strong winds on Monday and Tuesday flat calm condition and non stop rain.
Still we had a few nice pike and a return trip is on the cards early in 2015.
