Ghillie Vincent Appleby reports on the salmon and sea trout fishing in the past week on Lough Currane from his blog at http://wwwsalmonandseatroutphotos.blogspot.com/
10/9/14 There was a nice SE wind blowing down the lake, but sadly my Noble Anglers failed to rise my Noble Game fish in the blazing hot sunshine. So you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to work out today’s results.
11/9/14 There was a strong SE wind blowing down the Lake, which made it hard fishing on the North side and there wasn’t much activity on the South side either, going by the telecommunications’ but at least two anglers, Wiebke and Mike, caught 2 Sea Trout in the 2 lbs. class. Fishing with their ghillie Mr. Neil O’Shea of www.oshealoughcurrane.com
