Last leg of Fishmaniak Pike Winter League was held on Lough Skeagh on Sunday 6th of March ’16. A total of 10 club members took part in this event. The competition started at 9am, following a meeting and short briefing during which each team got a club measuring tape and instructions. Competitors used spinning, trolling and dead baiting as fishing methods. The event was great and we had lovely weather a mix clouds and sun. The competitors managed to catch 7 pike all together. The biggest pike was a lovely 76 cm fish which was caught by Mateusz Bak.
The results of the competition are as follows:
- 1st place – Mateusz Bak – 3 pike – 49/56/76
- 2nd – Marcin Wrzesinski – 1 pike – 74
- 3th – Igor – 1 pike- 71
- 4 – Edgars Nalivaiko – 1/68
- 5- Karol Lukasik – 1/55
The fifth place of Karol Lukasik guaranteed him winning of Fishmaniak Pike Winter League.
Classification of Pike Winter League are as follows:
- 1 – Karol Lukasik – 28 pkt -L. Muckno 10, L.Egish 10, L.Skeagh 5 + 3 — 28 pkt
- 2 – Marcin Wrzesinski – 24 pkt – L.Egish 12, L.Skeagh 10 + 2 — 24 pkt
- 3 – Mateusz Bak – 23 pkt – L.Egish 8, L.Skeagh 12 + 3 — 23 pkt- Igor – 23 pkt – L.Muckno 12, L.Skeagh 8 + 3 – 23 pkt
- 4 – Edgars Nalivaiko- 9 pkt – L.Skeagh 6 + 3 – 9 pkt
- 5 – Maciej Zurawski – 8 pkt L.Egish 6 + 2 – 8 pkt
- 6 – Marek – 6 pkt L.Egish 4 + 2 – 8 pkt – Tomasz Hipnar 6 pkt L.Egish 5 + 1.
