The river Suir proves itself fruitful again with a super fish caught by Tony O’Dwyer. The 20lb+ salmon was hooked at approximately 8pm in cloudy conditions. The equipment used was a Hardy Marksman S 13’8″ #9/10 Rod, Loop Classic 8-10 Reel with a Red Francis Conehead. Tony is no stranger to big fish on the Suir as he also had a cracking 15lb salmon last week.
