Lough Derg has been receiving high praise from both local and visiting anglers to the area recently, writes Emma Stanley. Reports are coming back of pike over 31lb being caught in Dromineer and fish to 22lb being caught in Banagher. The consensus at present is that pike are a plenty in the Lough Derg area. Anglers in general are very satisfied with catches at of late.
