Dropping water levels and big tides have resulted in a good show of fish on the Ridge Pool and Cathedral Beat, with 4 salmon landed on the Ridge so far today. Best fish was 9.5 lbs on fly.
Luckiest angler was Dr. Rob Malcom, UK, who had 2 grilse of 5lb & 5.5 lbs on a Gold Body Cascade.
On the Cathedral Beat Edmund Manthorpe NI. Had the first fish of the season a 4.5 lb grilse spinning.
