Portumna regular Dave Brooks bags First Place on the last day of the Portumna Spring Festival festival, with 55lbs of roach caught on the pole. Anglers enjoyed some great river fishing on the mighty Shannon for the Spring Festival after a two year break, with popular match sections Rodgers and Town producing some top catches.
It came down to the last day of this points based competition which saw Dave win with a perfect 4 points leaving runner-up Stuart Greene one point behind.
