High water levels countrywide have played havoc with all types of freshwater fishing in the past week – but that wasn’t going to stop IASCaire Feeder Fishing Club members from hitting the lakeshore in search of bream, roach and hybrids.

On what turned out to be a fairly dry day, club members Sarunas and 11 year old Samuelis Navickas bagged up and turned the bank holiday weekend into an angling success story. Senior club members say that Samuelis is turning into a very good young angler and that he is getting better with every session he fishes!
