Norbert Renaud of L’ile Verte Pike Fishing Lodge in Cavan has launched a new online shop, with a range of pike flies, lures, clothing and various other types of gear and accessories available. Norbert designs most of his stock himself, with most of it hand made, and he also hand paints the lures using colours and patterns that he has found most effective.
There is a range of glide and swimbaits available already, and Norbert will be adding more to his range in the coming weeks and months. It is worth keeping an eye on the Ile Verte Facebook page, as Norbert will post when a new style of lure becomes available – and some of them sell out quickly!
