At the weekend Norbert had a lure drop – some beautiful hand made lures put together with quality components. On offer is a 350g lure, the Colossus with a soft tail, specifically for a slow troll in winter.
To start this week Norbert took delivery of six brand new Savage Gear Pro-Motor 180cm float tubes to make the most of the angling venues in his area.
And for a flurish, he found time to go fishing yesterday. It was a tough day, the midday minor produced better than the afternoon major.

Norbert Renaud of L’ile Verte Pike Fishing Lodge in Cavan has launched a new online shop, with a range of pike flies, lures, clothing and various other types of gear and accessories available. Norbert designs most of his stock himself, with most of it hand made, and he also hand paints the lures using colours and patterns that he has found most effective.
