Notes: Tory island has an abundance of different species of fish. These include Pollock, Coalfish, Cod, various Wrasse, Conger Eel, Mackerel, Gurnard and many more species. It is a short steam to the fishing grounds, allowing for more fishing time for your group. Rods can be provided at an additional cost if needed. Tackle is also sold on board.

Notes: A regular Galway Bay Safari is from 9am to 6pm. The Maigdan Mara will pick up your party from the pier at Spiddal, County Galway. The boat is yours for the day, though of course skipper Kevin will advise you where the best fishing is to be found. Tackle hire is free.

Notes: NWCSA member. Most of the wrecks lay within an easy 30 minutes to one-hour steam. There are no long boring journeys prior to fishing here. You just have time to tackle up and ready yourself and it’s time to fish. There has been minimal commercial fishing here due to the fast tides and deep water. The wrecks are literally packed with fish.

The wrecks are literally packed with fish. Sight-seeing trips also available including trips to Inishtrahull and whale and dolphin watching. Facilities on board are of the highest specifications with all modern electronic and safety equipment. Toilets available on board, and hot tea and coffee are always available.
