Shannonside Bait and Tackle stock a wide range of fishing products for the everyday angler.  Salmon, trout,  pike,  coarse and sea anglers are catered for in this wonderful tackle shop in County Clare.

Licences and permits are available for all of the local areas , Salmon Licences for the Lower Shannon and Mulcair rivers,  trout permits  also for the  Mulcair river.

They also stock maggots and worms,  ground baits such as  Van Den Ende and  Sensas, also brown crumb.

Frozen bait such as mackerel, perch, roach, trout, herring, smelt and pollan for pike fishing.

For the sea angler they stock   sandeel, peeler crab, mackerel, razor fish, frozen lugworm, squid   (boxes and blister packs) etc.

They are now also offering a tackle rental service,  if you are travelling and do not have your own equipment with you.
