Newgrange Active angling held the 2nd annual fishing competition in aid of Drogheda Mardh Crescent youth club, we fished two lakes in the Kingscourt area with plenty of fish caught and lots with the signs that the fish about to spawn, there was high winds and at times was near impossible to fish. With no big fish caught on the day the winning 3 bags was made up of small jacks. Back at Murtaghs Bar the weigh-in was made and there was plenty hot food there for the Hungary anglers a big thank you from myself to the Management and staff at Murtaghs bar for all their help .
