Slaney River Trust has contacted us in relation to the Trip to the Redds on November 17th. They are delighted with the response and tell us that the list is now full. If you have not yet been in contact and would still like to go contact [email protected] and you can be put on a waiting list for any places that may come free.
Weather and water levels permitting this annual trip to the spawning redds on Saturday 17 November should prove to be a very enjoyable day out. Stephen Byrne of IFI has once again kindly agreed to host the trip. Typically they would hope to see both evidence of spawning and catch sight on a few fish actually on the redds.
The plan is to meet in the Car Park at the civic offices in Tullow at 10am.
